Aksaty: Property Installments

By downloading, accessing, or using the Aksaty mobile application ("Aksaty," "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Aksaty is provided to you under the terms of the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the additional terms below.
Aksaty is a personal finance tool that helps you track installment payment schedules for assets you own (properties, vehicles, electronics, and other items). The App provides:
Aksaty is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It does not process, originate, or facilitate any actual financial transactions, loans, or installment agreements between you and any third party.
Aksaty offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Aksaty Pro," which unlocks premium features such as contract scanning, advanced insights, unlimited assets, and PDF/Excel export.
Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled before it ends.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Refunds: All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers.

The App, including its design, features, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Aksaty and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Data you enter into Aksaty (asset names, payment schedules, photos of contracts) remains your property. You retain ownership of all such content.
Aksaty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Calculations, reminders, and reports are provided for personal record-keeping convenience only and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying all amounts, dates, and terms with your contract counterparty (developer, lender, vendor, etc.).
We make no guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aksaty and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, financial losses, or data loss.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EGP, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Aksaty, its users, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
